These Terms & Conditions govern your use of buildeverythingepic.com (the “Site”) and the communications you receive from Amy Vander Heyden Architects Inc, doing business as EPIC. By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.
EPIC is the architectural practice of Amy Felix, Licensed Architect (California), operating as Amy Vander Heyden Architects Inc. We provide feasibility studies, architectural drawings, permitting plans, and construction administration.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site, to submit a form, and to consent to receive text messages from EPIC. Our SMS program is intended solely for individuals aged 18 or older. By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that the phone number you have provided belongs to you. We do not knowingly collect information from, or send text messages to, anyone under 18.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to interfere with the Site, gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to transmit unlawful or harmful content.
Submitting a form on the Site is a request for information. It does not create a client relationship, and it is not an offer or an agreement to perform services. A client relationship begins only when EPIC and you sign a written agreement for a defined scope of work. You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it, including any phone number you enter.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can submit any form and engage EPIC without agreeing to marketing texts.
If you provide your phone number and check the applicable consent box, you agree to receive text messages from EPIC. Depending on which box you check, these may include service messages — appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups relating to your inquiry or project, and responses to your questions — and marketing messages, being occasional updates and offers relating to our architectural services. Marketing consent is separate and optional.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and are charged by your mobile carrier, not by EPIC.
To opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. For help: reply HELP, email [email protected], or call 925-353-0363.
Carrier liability: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. EPIC does not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
All architectural services are performed under a separate written agreement that defines scope, fee, schedule, and deliverables. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional advice, and no timeline, cost, or permitting outcome shown on the Site is a guarantee. Feasibility findings are based on information available at the time of the study and on the interpretations of the governing jurisdiction, which may change.
All content on the Site — including text, images, project photography, and drawings — is owned by EPIC or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent. Drawings and documents produced under a client agreement remain instruments of service and are governed by that agreement.
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EPIC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability arising from professional services rendered under a signed agreement.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
